4. Undergo therapy
There are certain therapies and height improving systems that are offered today. They say if you do them day in and day out, then you will see results in as little as one week. You may be not surprised that some shoes are especially made to add up a few inches to your height. Women tend to wear high heels for this purpose. But for men, this is not customary. This is a very effective way to increase your height, as it practically works overnight. However, it is only effective whenever you are outside.
